Healthy Pumpkin Spice "Latte"



Ingredients:

8 oz. organic, black coffee (freshly brewed or reheated)

1 tablespoon of pureed pumpkin (BPA free canned or fresh)

1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

2-4 oz. of organic almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

1 tablespoon of pastured butter

1 tablespoon of collagen powder



Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour and enjoy. Optional: sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top.



Notes:

For a true "latte", use 1-2 shots of espresso with 8 oz. of warmed non-dairy milk.

If tolerated, raw whole milk from grass-fed cows may be replaced.
